 Testimonials

Murtada Jamal,
Deputy Manager;
Forensic Mental Health

"I really enjoyed the training. The slides were clear, engaging, and well structured, and the way you walked us through each stage of responding to complaints made everything easy to follow. The open discussions added real depth and allowed us to reflect collectively.

I especially loved the performative role plays and your theatrical flair, they were not only highly entertaining but also incredibly effective in bringing real‑life scenarios to life. They helped put everything into perspective and really cemented our understanding of the topic.

Thank you for such an engaging and memorable session."

Janie Murphy,
Manager;
Complex Needs

"I have found working with Jenny has not only taught me so much important information about risk and safeguarding but more than that she has made a big "scary" topic seem manageable and collaborative, something that I really didn't feel before.

Jenny is warm, kind, approachable and inclusive, and a valuable asset to the team."

Ryan Bird,
Local Authority Commissioner

“I’ve worked with Jenny over a number of years in challenging, highrisk supported housing and complex needs environments. She has a rare ability to combine deep technical knowledge of governance, risk and compliance with humanity, humour and absolute clarity of purpose.

Jenny doesn’t do boxticking, she helps organisations genuinely understand risk, culture and accountability, and then supports them to improve in a way that feels practical, proportionate and grounded in reality.

Her insight, integrity and candour make her a trusted critical friend rather than a distant auditor, and her impact is always felt long after the session or review has ended.”

Meet Our Founder

Jenny began her career as an NHS physiotherapist before moving into wider healthcare governance, working across diverse clinical specialties and contributing to international research on reimagining traditional care models. Her interest in the social determinants of health led her into executive leadership roles in social care and housing, where she led quality assurance, safeguarding, and whistleblowing functions and strengthened governance for both providers and commissioners.

A committed mentor and coach, Jenny believes that lasting impact comes from how people make us feel. This drives her focus on positive safety cultures, meaningful learning when things go wrong, and championing diversity and minoritised groups in leadership. She has spoken at the Women in Healthcare Leadership Conference (2022), was recognised as an Inspirational Leader in 2025, and brings additional board experience as a School Governor and Charity Trustee
